Pulsar NS200 Radiator Cap Bajaj Genuine Parts  Brand – Bajaj Genuine Parts Part Name – Pressure Cap Radiator Part Number – JG601229 Applicable Model-  Bajaj Pulsar 200NS Material – Metal and Hard Plastics Radiator Cap Position the Cap: Place the new cap (JG 601229) onto the radiator neck. Press and Turn: Press down on the cap and turn it clockwise until it clicks or locks firmly into place. It should feel secure and not turn any further. Press and Turn: The Pulsar NS200 cap is a pressure cap. To remove it, you typically need to: Press down firmly on the cap. Turn it counter-clockwise about a quarter turn until it reaches the first safety stop (the stop will release the pressure slowly). Once any remaining pressure has released (you might hear a hiss), press down again and continue turning counter-clockwise to completely remove the cap. Purpose of Removal: This is done to check the coolant level in the radiator itself (not just the reservoir bottle) or to top up/replace the coolant. Ensure the Engine is Cold: Wait for the engine to cool down completely (at least 30 minutes to an hour after riding) before touching the cooling system. Locate the Radiator: On the Pulsar NS200, the radiator is located at the front, and the cap is usually tucked slightly under the fuel tank cover. You may need to remove some plastic fairings/covers to gain clear access.Check the Hoses: Ensure the thin overflow hose is correctly attached to the cap and runs down to the expansion/reservoir tank.
