Order May 18, came on June 15. Norms =) rubber, guys, weak (for me for sure). I don't know exactly how to describe the degree of tension. But it feels like a kilogram of 2-3. I'm weak. If you do a little sport/do-it's better, probably, to take a black one at once. For small orientation: in the sitting room and the rest of the work on the legs was with a rod of 25 kg (this is not the limit, but I worked with this weight). Loaders were 5 kg approximately. Strongly smells of rubber when stretched. The thickness is so to yourself. 1mm if have.
